Founder and head stylist Ngarino has put his heart and soul in setting up 1nine7two in Porirua. Ngarino's mission is to build a beautiful salon with the best stylists, bringing the city look and feel and movie star treatment every time you visit the salon.

I have been in the hair industry for 13 years, I absolutely love what I do and love making people fall in love with themselves all over again. I have been trained by some of the most amazing hairdressers in Wellington and met some inspiring hairstylists along the way.
My passion for hair will always remain as we are always upskilling and learning some freaky new things. We are adding the wow to your life by creating hair magic for you.
Things I love doing is spending time with whanau, exploring new cultures and helping people create a better version of themselves.
